On October 27th – 28th, Eco-Heritage held its first international conference, “𝗔 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. The event brought together scholars, public institutions and practitioners to discuss how cultural heritage can contribute to addressing the challenges posed by climate change. In particular, the conference explored the potential of the Faro Convention to foster more resilient, inclusive and community-centred approaches, twenty years after its adoption.

These two days offered a valuable platform for dialogue across disciplines and countries, reaffirming the importance of integrating culture, climate action and long-term sustainability strategies.

The conference proceedings will be published in The Cardozo Electronic Law Bulletin, with further updates to be shared in the coming months.
